Anyway. Gist is this is a grown-up version of Chara who either never attempted or never succeeded in committing suicide. As an adult they have taken on the job as official Evil Magistrate to the royal family, and have devoted themselves to the duty of protecting the Underground.
Not that there's much to protect it from- except for the odd human that falls in.
Don't worry about them though. Chara doesn't kill them. They simply have to follow the rule that the Evil Magistrate has mandated: Any human who falls into the Underground must either discard human ways and learn to live as a monster, or be permanently imprisoned in the dungeon.
(Yes, the "Evil" part is part of their official title.)
(Also they might look sort of femme in some icons but pls only use they/them pronouns for Chara, thanks.)
